Compensation
">We offer a competitive compensation base of $17.20 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. This makes for an attractive salary that can be leveraged by skilled sales professionals to advance their careers.
Sales Role Overview
">We are currently recruiting dynamic and energetic sales champions to join our sales team at your local Rogers store. As Solution Specialists, you will play a critical role in delivering a great solution-focused experience for customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
">- Build Rapport and Relationships: Establish strong connections with customers and colleagues alike to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
">- 1 Year of Retail/Sales/Hospitality Experience: Bring relevant sales expertise to the role to excel in this position.
- Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Work Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Covid Vaccination Status: Provide proof of full vaccination status as required for this role.
