Spence Diamonds is a leading diamond specialty concept in North America, and we're seeking a skilled Jewelry Setter to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a temporary 24-month contract role, you'll provide leave coverage support and work closely with our dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set small diamonds under magnification into wax ring molds with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist in primary production area, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Inspect job orders before and after processing to guarantee quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues to the Studio Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in jewelry industry is an asset, but not necessary
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Team-oriented and efficient with time
