Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing electrical and maintenance support for the entire plant, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production, packaging, and ancillary equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with PLCs, relays, and transformers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant acts, regulations, and codes related to facilities, equipment, environmental protection, and Health and Safety.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Certified Licensed Electrician with experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code and ability to work with PLCs, relays, and transformers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industrial troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with HMI, PLC, and Total Performance Management (TPM).

Compensation:

$44.37/hour.
