Job Title: Security Officer - Occupational First Aid Level 2

Fusion Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As an Occupational First Aid Level 2 certified security professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the security and safety of our clients, and responding to medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume the role of an Occupational First Aid Level 2 attendant on site and respond to all medical emergencies to the best of your ability
  • Respond to client requests and onsite emergencies
  • Provide face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building
  • Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public
  • Inspect and patrol premises
  • Monitor property access
  • Investigate and report suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
  • Enforce client informed policies
  • Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
  • Respond to alarms
Requirements:
  • A Valid BC Security License
  • OFA 2 certification required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete routine patrols to protect against fire and theft
  • Relevant experience in the security and/or customer service industry
  • Excellent customer service and professional deportment
  • A high standard for safety and passion for security
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
