Job Title: Senior Level Designer

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Designer to join our team. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and immersive game levels that meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop game levels that are playable, enjoyable, and immersive.
  • Collaborate with technical and game design team members to ensure that levels meet AAA quality standards.
  • Work with level artists to ensure that levels are visually appealing and meet the game's artistic vision.
  • Contribute to playtesting and design discussions to ensure that levels are fun and engaging.
  • Help improve the game editor and other tools to enhance the game development process.
  • Test and troubleshoot game levels to ensure that they are free of bugs and issues.
  • Work with the Usability Lab to conduct A/B tests and other usability studies to improve the game experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in video game level design with experience on at least one AAA title.
  • Experience using visual scripting and level design tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Passion for game design and a commitment to creating high-quality game experiences.
  • Understanding of game design principles and the ability to apply them to create engaging and immersive game levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
