At Seasons Retirement Communities, we're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Environmental Services Manager. Based in St Thomas, ON, this position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and services to seniors.

As an Environmental Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective functioning, upkeep, and physical appearance of the grounds, furniture, and equipment in the retirement community. This includes managing general maintenance tasks, such as painting common areas and suites, performing plumbing and electrical repairs, and maintaining housekeeping routines.

We're looking for someone with experience in maintenance-related workplaces or jobs, including renovations and trade-related roles. A strong skillset around painting, cleaning, and repairing minor items is essential, as well as housekeeping experience and knowledge of scheduling and budgeting for team members. Certification from a program in general maintenance is also considered an asset.

This role is full-time temporary, salaried, and requires a Class G/Class 5 driver's license with a clear driver's abstract. Current CPR & First Aid Certification is also mandatory. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
