About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to join our team at Lawtons. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail pharmacies, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with experience in managing teams and developing business strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
