Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with contractors to ensure project alignment and cost accuracy. This role requires strong expertise in commercial building construction and prior experience working with contractors. Additional requirements include proficiency in Bluebeam and PlanSwift software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
