Kitchen Team Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a kitchen supervisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
