Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Clark and Hines. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Motivate staff and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located throughout the city, and you will be required to travel to various locations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you must be able to work well under pressure.
