We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to portray our beloved Santa Character at various holiday events throughout the season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating magical moments for children and families by posing for photos and interacting with guests in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with guests in a friendly and energetic way, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Pose for photos with children and families, capturing special moments that will last a lifetime.
- Remain in character at all times, wearing the approved costume and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth photo set operation.
- Participate as a team member to ensure the success of our holiday events.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with families and children.
- Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
- Have a well-groomed beard, naturally white or artificially whitened during the season.
- Have excellent personal and dental hygiene, with the ability to smile frequently.
- Be able to supply your own company-approved black leather boots and wire-rimmed glasses.
