Job Title: Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Saurabh Pandalai Medicine Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Medical Clinic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests and equipment, instruct patients on procedures, and record results
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment programs
  • Develop and maintain patient information materials
  • Examine adult clients to assess hearing loss and recommend hearing instruments
  • Perform follow-up examinations and readjustments
  • Help medical examiners, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists with patient care
  • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Record information about donors and process claims
  • Provide post-donation care and donor reaction care
  • Remove casts, sutures, and pins
  • Collect statistics and maintain supplies
