Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development:
  • Assist in the writing, editing, and production of EOIs, RFPs, and other proposal documents.
  • Conduct thorough research to gather necessary information for proposal responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to compile and organize proposal content.
  • Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and guidelines.
  • Production and Delivery:
  • Manage the production process of proposals, including formatting, proofreading, printing, and binding.
  • Ensure timely submission of all proposal documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Track and manage proposal deadlines and schedules.
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Perform market research to identify potential opportunities and gather intelligence on industry trends.
  • Analyze client needs and requirements to tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Maintain a database of proposal content, templates, and previous submissions for future reference.
  • Maintain marketing material in a current state.
