Job Title: Production Control Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a Master Production schedule, generating Production Schedule, and coordinating with Production Planners, Production Supervisors/Lead Hands, and Quality Inspectors to resolve and align on changes to the Production Schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Order Management: Develop Master Production Schedule with coordination from Production, Procurement and CSRs in-line with S&OP and business line forecast. Generate Production Schedule for in-house manufacturing and Procurement Schedule for purchased items with input from each department.
  • SAP Process Improvements: Analyze current SAP configuration and functionality, identify and flow down standard Production Planning functionality to support repetitive manufacturing process. Coordinate to align with Industry and group for Make-to-Stock processes ensuring agility and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Production Control setting
  • Must demonstrate expertise in ERP, preferably in SAP
