Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
