Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional entertainment experiences to our guests, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Cast Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our guests
  • Working in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Performing various tasks, including concessions, floor operations, and box office duties
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres
