Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Conkeira Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
    • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and sanitized
    • Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook food to order
    • Operate kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers and fryers
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be standing for long periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
