Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Rockland Landscaping Supplies Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work at heights.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and bending.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
