Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. Welder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate metal components.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to ensure efficient production.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces.
