Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
