Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Food Service Support: Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing tables, as well as replenish condiments and supplies.
  • Receiving and Storage: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including refrigerated and frozen items.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
Requirements
