We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at EightSix Network, a leading provider of financial services. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Supervise and maintain accurate financial records and files
  • Support the commission process and supplier payments
  • Assist with invoicing and payroll processing
  • Prepare journal entries and financial reports
  • Handle claims and disbursements
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • DEC or AEC/DEP in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
