At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Security Guard to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a seamless and effective security operation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Valid G2 or G driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
