Lot Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Lot Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and cleanliness of our vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained, including washing and detailing as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Perform tasks as directed by management, including but not limited to, moving vehicles, cleaning the lot, and assisting with customer deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Valid British Columbia driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
