Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team at TAPPCONNECT INC. as a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Network Access Management: Provide secure access to computer networks for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- System Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve problems.
- Documentation and Research: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
- Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users on the effective use of computer systems and software, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their job functions.
- Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring that knowledge is shared and best practices are followed.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software, and performing routine maintenance to prevent technical issues.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.
