Pension Administration Expertise

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Retirement Consulting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate implementation of pension administration processes and software for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and project execution
  • Collaborate with the pension outsourcing team to translate business needs into comprehensive project plans and statements of work
  • Provide value-added consulting to clients on defined benefit system implementation and ongoing administration
  • Interpret pension plan designs and legislative changes to identify and document associated system requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an implementation environment
  • Strong knowledge of defined benefit plans, pension benefits administration processes, and systems
  • Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members
  • Experience in managing multiple people and projects, producing quality deliverables on time and within budget

Language Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or other major with significant quantitative coursework
