Hospitality Ambassador

Saffron Restaurant seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative - Food and Beverage to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for a charismatic and organized individual who can work well under pressure. As a Customer Service Representative - Food and Beverage, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patrons and presenting menus
• Making recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages
• Presenting bills to customers and accepting payment
• Describing menu items and daily specials
• Assisting clients with special needs

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to multitask effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this position, but experience is an asset.
