Job Title: Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at PRABH HOMES PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure effective marketing and business development
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure they are meeting their marketing and business development goals
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing and business development team
  • Plan and execute development projects to promote our business and attract new clients
  • Develop venture capital sources to support our business growth
  • Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
  • Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to promote our business
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material to support our marketing and business development efforts
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions to promote our business
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance or other contracts to support our marketing and business development efforts
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to ensure they align with our business goals
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather data and insights to support our marketing and business development efforts
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our business and attract new clients
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure they are meeting our business standards
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to support our marketing and business development efforts
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions to attract new clients and promote our business
  • Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites to support our business growth
  • Prepare funding applications to support our business growth
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote our business and attract new clients
  • Develop and implement business plans to support our business growth
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials to support our marketing and business development efforts
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their marketing and business development goals
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing and business development
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and conduct market research studies
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Ability to evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Ability to design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects

Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in an office environment
