Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Superwin Auto Center LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns of merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient sales and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of sales, including bonuses and commissions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
