Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at JOHN NEWELL. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's home.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, stock linen closets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers, and laundering clothing and household linens.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
