Job Title: Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our team at GLOBAL CHICKS IMPORTING LTD. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating original and innovative designs for our fashion house and retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers and apprentices to ensure high-quality designs and timely completion of projects.
  • Teach and lead interest or professional development courses to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Design and create custom settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting for our fashion shows and events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a design or creative role.
  • Strong portfolio of original and innovative designs that showcase your creativity and skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of fashion design principles, including color, texture, and pattern.
