Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Orange Bento Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Train and develop staff in food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring timely ordering.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as quality control standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
