We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at Big Country Graphics & Printing. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and illustrations that meet our clients' communications needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet client requirements
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment to co-ordinate all aspects of production
  • Develop graphic elements that meet clients' objectives
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Corel Draw, InDesign, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Working Conditions:

  • Non-smoking work site environment
  • Urban area with access to printing shops and newspaper publishers
  • 40 hours per week, permanent position
