Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Physician to join our team. As a Staff Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
  • Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and patient safety.
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
  • Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
Requirements
  • Board Certification/Eligible
  • Active and unrestricted license
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $243,803.78 to $310,000.00, depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
