Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial or civil construction, with a proven track record of operating roller equipment and asphalt paving machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate roller equipment and asphalt paving machinery to ensure smooth and even surfaces
  • Assist in the distribution of construction materials to and from work areas
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all work

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in industrial or civil construction or equivalent
  • Proven track record of operating roller equipment and asphalt paving machinery
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license (class 5)
  • Basic understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Proficient English language skills
