About the Job

Cobrafer Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Carpentry Foreman/Woman to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising carpenters, coordinating activities, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train carpenters and other team members
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities
  • Requisition materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
