Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Ontario Inc

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
