Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and maximize sales potential.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, providing excellent sales support to customers and driving sales growth.
- Prepare Reports: Accurately compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory movements, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-7 Months of Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role, is essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to Multitask: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
