Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions for potential risk factors.
  • Develop and implement tailored risk management plans to address unique construction project challenges.
  • Proactively minimize budget overruns, schedule delays, and quality issues through strategic risk mitigation measures.
  • Monitor project progress and risk indicators, adjusting mitigation strategies as needed to maintain project objectives.

What We're Looking For:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, or relevant combination of experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing risks on complex construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
