Your Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement, and prompt issue resolution.

  • You will review incoming orders at regular intervals, release them, allocate orders to ensure a healthy workflow, and assign picking tasks to pickers.
  • Investigate orders that don't flow as designed by the system and help resolve any issues.
  • Review order details, set priority for urgent orders, and generate status reports for the operational team.
  • Identify roadblocks and help clear them to ensure operations flow smoothly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or degree in supply chain management or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role from a warehousing or distribution environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
