About the Role

Agriterra Equipment, a leading agricultural equipment dealer, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Eckville, AB. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Parts Technicians, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Parts Technicians, providing training and coaching to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Business Development: Develop strategies to grow the parts business, collaborate with the Branch Manager, and work with the team to create marketing plans to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers on the parts counter, resolve customer concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations: Coordinate the parts team to complete inventory counts, assist with inventory management, and maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a senior Parts Technician, Parts Lead Hand, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Manager role, or similar position related to parts management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills to effectively lead a team to achieve goals.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the agriculture business and ability to learn financials and grow a business.
