About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Perform other related duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, and handling and storing cleaning products.
Work Environment

As a Dishwasher at Ivy's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
