Job Description

Hasty Market is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and managing staff to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure timely completion and effective use of resources.
  • Manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet those demands.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or similar environment.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Point of sale system.
Work Environment
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
