Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans to address specific concerns.
  • Provide a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, to deliver effective therapeutic massages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure exceptional care.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide self-care recommendations to promote overall well-being.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to provide effective massage therapy.
  • Excellent assessment skills to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in a variety of massage techniques to deliver effective therapeutic massages.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional care.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift: Monday to Friday
  • Evening shift: flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Commission pay for referrals and tips
