Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Wye Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management to drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, flexibility, reliability, team player
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work effectively in this setting. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
