About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our Process Engineering group and contribute to the strategic direction of our company. As a Superintendent, Process Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that our process engineering activities are aligned with provincial regulations and company policies. You will lead a team of process engineers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement process engineering strategies to improve plant performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Lead a team of process engineers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as required.
  4. Initiate and evaluate potential capital and process improvement projects.
  5. Coordinate the production of detailed design documentation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or ability to obtain.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a Petrochemical or Refining industry.
  • Proven technical and supervisory skills.
  • Leadership skills, including people leadership, results leadership, thought leadership, and self-leadership.
  • Time management skills, including identifying priorities and executing tasks to deliver results within required timelines.
