Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Certified Orthotist to join our team at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with complex orthotic cases and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified Certified Orthotist to design and fit orthoses that enhance our clients' functionality and quality of life. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare providers and suppliers to ensure our clients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include assessing clients' needs, designing and selecting suitable orthoses, and making necessary adjustments. You will also evaluate existing orthoses and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Completion of a recognized Orthotics Program and two years' recent experience in a rehabilitation health care setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Certification in Orthotics from the Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists (CBCPO) and eligible for membership in the Canadian Association for Prosthetics and Orthotics (CAPO).
