Woodworking Specialist

Harkirat Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts in accordance with building codes, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems. Additionally, you will fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as supervise other workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials

- Supervise other workers
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
