Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing attentive and personalized service to residents in our dining room
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation under the direction of our Chef
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all aspects of food preparation and service
  • Promoting and tracking a la carte and wine service sales in accordance with prescribed procedures
  • Participating in drills to prepare for emergencies and attending education sessions related to emergency preparedness

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Smart Serve designation or equivalent certification
  • One year of experience in dining room service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safe Food Handling Certification
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
