Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in retail management, preferably in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to build and motivate teams, drive business results, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
